• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped the following business day. (Note: We do not ship on weekends.)

Shipping Fees
Our flat-rate shipping fees cover all costs, no matter how many items you order:

• International: $19.99 USD
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and exclude the 2-5 business day processing time:
• United States: 3-6 business days
• International: 20-25 business days
Important: Due to current global conditions, shipping may be delayed by an additional 10-15 days. These are estimated times, and delays may also occur due to customs clearance. We appreciate your understanding!
Accurate Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery details are complete and correct at checkout. Incorrect or missing information may delay your order or result in it being returned to us. If we can’t verify your address, we may cancel the order to avoid complications.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to update tracking information. If no details appear, it means your package is still being processed. Updates will show once it’s scanned into the system.

Incorrect Address Policy
We’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you request a carrier to redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage during transit.
