Returns & Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds and Returns are different for orders in Europe or International Orders

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sillvela.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

For eligible returned items, the refund amount will be proportional to the price of the returned item. In the case of returning all products in one order, the refund value will be equal to the total amount paid on the purchase invoice.

1. When will you receive your refund?
It takes 2-3 business days for us to process and notify the approval or rejection of the refund via email.
Where approved, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business days.

2. How do you receive your refund?
Refunds will be sent back to the original credit card or method of payment within 3-4 business days.

3. Late or missing refund (if any)
If your refund has not been received within 3-4 business days, please contact us for a resolution.
