At Sillvela, we’re committed to delivering activewear you’ll love. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a clear and fair refund and returns process.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at support@sillvela.com to start the process.
  2. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Send your return to: 1104 Oakland Dr, Brownwood, TX 76801, United States

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. For international returns (outside Vietnam), shipping times may vary, so plan accordingly.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your activewear is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@sillvela.com. We may ask for photos to assess the issue and will work quickly to resolve it with a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (not applicable to our activewear).

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase for a refund, then place a new order on our site.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 3 days of receipt for any reason, no justification needed. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Follow the return process above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you within 3 business days about refund approval. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Processing by your bank or card issuer may take additional time.

If more than 15 business days pass after approval without seeing your refund, contact us at support@sillvela.com.
